Tax bill will require college students getting tuition waivers to add the value to their income and get taxed on it. Some of you will get bumped into a higher tax bracket as a result.

Truthfully I do. The thing is though, I just don’t, personally, see the world in that way. There is counter-evidence to this. Americans just elected an African-American President. We have a diverse society. Yes there may be localized examples or incidents of racism, reverse-racism, or sexism, discrimination. Absolutely. But, I believe society is generally good and I look at us all as Americans equal under the law and in rights no matter our creed, race, gender, sexuality. Again, I respect your point of view, but it’s a way to look at society and the world and I have a different viewpoint I suppose.

The Frankfurt School wasn’t located in Nazi Germany after the Nazi’s seized power they moved to America where they did the bulk of their research during the late 30s and war. As for the alt-right and modern Nazi movement, eh, what you are saying is mostly a fabrication. At the minimum it doesn’t undermine or disparage the usage of the term ‘cultural marxism’ because at the end of the day there is such a thing as a cultural marxist. The irony here is palpable.
So you can identify cultural marxists based on an examination of what they are doing.
But when people identify you as alt-right based on your political positions they can't possible be right because you don't self-identify as alt-right.

Pick one: Either what people self-identify as is the final word or peoples political viewpoints and actions allow you to label them based on the nearest ideology.

Thank you Damian, that was a very insightful point. ND seems to think he has the right to slap made-up labels on other people on the basis of his ability to "spot" them, but he reacts with anger and paranoia when he is labelled by other people.

ND, I have not made any threats against you in this thread. You are being paranoid. If you look at the whole of what I posted (and I encourage others to do the same), you will see that I did in fact take the time to make it very clear that I was not issuing any kind of threat. Your determination to spin any criticism of you into a perceived "threat" is bizarre and you need to develop a thicker skin. I expect you have sent a long, crying email to Zultar about my remarks - for which there is no need, and you should stop wasting the moderators' time.

It is a fact - a historical fact of the kind that you claim to like - that the concept of "cultural Bolshevism" was invented by the Nazis as a way of smearing any liberal, progressive, or non-Nazi person by accusing them of being part of a secret Jewish-led commie conspiracy. ND, do you care about the huge increase in the deficit? The fact that many people in the middle class are getting screwed? The fact that grad students, people I'd assume you'd associate with given that you claim some idiot gave you a masters degree, get a basically untenable increase? The fact that they made so many amendments to the bill at the eleventh hour that there's no way anyone who voted for it could possibly have read it all, let alone considered the implications? The disproportionate benefits to the people who need them the least? The provision to keep the breaks to corporations forever but to roll back any breaks to individuals in under a decade?
