The more hypothetical and less proven elements of TBBT are not taught in highschool. High school, from my experience, touches mainly on the idea that the world is expanding and, from that, we can project back to some singularity (not my area of physics, but I think that's more or less the story).

The expansion of the universe is drenched in as much imperial proof as you'd need for anything to be considered 'fact'.

I'm not sure what elements of the theory they're teaching in your high school but I doubt they're discussing the more exotic and less proven parts of the TBBT.

Arguing that we shouldn't teach those parts would be akin to not teaching about gravity because we don't have an understanding of how it works at the quantum level.

If creationism is being taught in science classrooms then I want ALL the creation stories from every religion taught. Would only be fair... then again that would make it more of a literature class then a science class.

I would agree that all religious views should be taught or nothing should be taught. I didn't say my public school taught creationism. I said the science classes that I went to all told me that creationism or any other religious views are stupid and crazy.
