i am more than happy to apply this definition to the outward expression of the Republican party as a whole right now. It hasn't always been that way, but right now, i think this fits. Especially in regards to Muslims, the LGBT community, and these "poor, low-skilled workers" that you speak of. With all of this in mind, I have decided that they are disqualified from receiving my vote. Perhaps this will change in the future, and I dearly hope it does.

In all honesty American politics seems to have it far worse than virtually anywhere else, and the Democrats have it in spades. It is possible that it is more obvious in the Democrats because they don't have as many crazy policies to distract you as the Republicans do, but my feel is that the Democrats have it worse. So often when you encounter Democrat propaganda on social media it seems to revolve around the themes of "all Republicans are bigots, shun them" or "all Republicans are stupid, laugh at them". It's extremely depressing.

Having what I'd guess is a larger exposure to such things given that I live here, I see that crap from both sides pretty constantly and it bugs me to no end. I don't think Republicans do it any less than Democrats do.

Also, a number of small towns in the South (especially along the border) depend on those laborers to have functioning economies.
And it's not like many of them even plan on being here very long. All sorts of people talk about citizenship paths for those who didn't follow the bureaucratic process to enter this country, but they don't want citizenship, they want an economic foot to stand on so they can support their families. The ones that come here with their families do so for more reasons than just the economy and labor.
