Since the Ravens aren't in it, I have no one to root for. Since the Pats, Steelers, and Disenfranchisednativeamericans aren't in it, I have no one to root against.
So I will look at this logically. Carolina's secondary is suspect but Peyton can't throw deep anymore. Carolina's front 7 are good at stopping the run and rushing the Passer. Denver can't run but they protect Peyton reasonably well. Carolina is facing the best defense they've seen all year, who will look to take advantage of Newton's relative youth. But Newton can scramble, negating some of Denver's vaunted pass rush.
I see this as a relatively low-scoring game with a few really big scoring plays and no long touchdown drives.
Carolina wins 19-9, MVP will be Ted Ginn.

The game was a tragedy of errors. All those sacks and interceptions made it a joke.

The worst part was both teams practiced on the field and then during the game had to change cleats after several players fell in the first quarter. No one noticed the field conditions?

Peyton did all he needed to. He knew all he had to do is place conservative and not give the ball away because it was going to be a defensive game. He threw one interception but other than that the line didnt hold up. For all the haters screw you. He one the biggest superbowl of this generation of players so up yours doubters.

Peyton HGH Manning only threw a terrible interception and had no touchdowns, I'm surprised he didn't get MVP for his performance. Chicken parm taste so good.

Big Papa.... Peyton literally has 3 superbowl appearances and of those he has a victory rating of 66%. if his superbowl victory percentage was an RR on this site he couldn't join some games. seriously there are tons of players and QBs with better records than him. he is just old. literally he is considered a legend because his hip did blow out sooner. everyone lets have a moment of admiration that peyton didnt break before making it this far.
bo_sox48 (5202 DMod(G))

@bo that an even worse win percentage. 50%.... sooooo whatever regardless (as much as I do not like brady) brady has more superbowls and wins. further brady has done it in less time. Then there is russel wilson who in only a few years already reached half of peytons record at the superbowl. seriously peyton isn't all that. he is a QB with a decent career and a decent team. not some legend worthy of any huge awards immediately. let him go out of the NFL for a decade before naming crap after him or giving him some major hall of fame nods. gosh

Peyton Manning
15+ Team and NFL Records
5 NFL MVPs
2 AP Offensive Player of the Years
14 Pro Bowls
7 All Pros
2 Super Bowl Championships
1 Super Bowl MVP

Russel Wilson
3 Pro Bowls
1 Super Bowl Championship

Manning is a top 5 All time QB and first ballot HoF'er. Are there QBs that are better, yes, but it doesn't take away from his accomplishments

Putin, the difference between Manning and Newton is Manning doesn't strut around like a peacock, pounding his chest, telling people that they can't handle how good he is. Manning may be a poor loser every once in a while, but he's always a gracious winner. Newton is neither, every time.
Putin33 (111 D)
10 Feb 16 UTC
Maybe because people have been saying Cam Newton was a crap QB ever since he got in the NFL and never thought he'd do anything, whereas Manning has always been the goldenboy, regardless of his being a notorious choke artist.
bo_sox48 (5202 DMod(G))
10 Feb 16 UTC
@CB ... going 50/50 in the biggest games of your career isn't bad when you consider that you are supposedly facing the best team from the other side of the league in those games. I don't know what team you're a fan of or who you like, but calling a 2-2 Super Bowl record bad is pretty ignorant. Lots of all-time players, QBs included, have worse records than that.
bo_sox48 (5202 DMod(G))
10 Feb 16 UTC
Russell Wilson is a great QB. He has played for great all-around teams from the outset. Unlike the Colts teams Peyton played on, the Seahawks don't revolve around him.

Newton was the No.1 pick in the draft. That doesn't happen if "people" think a player is crap. The beef people have with Newton is that he showboats when things are going well, and hangs his head and quits when things don't.
Putin33 (111 D)
10 Feb 16 UTC
The real test is his playoff record, which considering the number of times his team was a top seed with a bye, is quite mediocre.

The fact that Eli has the same number of rings despite being younger and having played on inferior teams speaks volumes, I think.
trip (696 D(B))
10 Feb 16 UTC
Brad Johnson has more rings than Dan Marino. Is he a better QB?
Putin33 (111 D)
10 Feb 16 UTC
"That doesn't happen if "people" think a player is crap. "

Not talking about the team who drafted him, I'm talking about fans. Fans have been hating on Cam since he got into the league, and it has more to do with his race than his conduct. Aaron Rodgers can point to his junk after a touchdown and nobody says a word about it.
trip (696 D(B))
10 Feb 16 UTC
Manning has choked away games for sure. If he didn't, we would be discussing whether he's the greatest ever.
Putin33 (111 D)

"Brad Johnson has more rings than Dan Marino. Is he a better QB?"

Did Brad Johnson play on inferior teams to Marino's his whole career?

Rodger's doesn't hang his head and run away when things go bad.

No he throws his teammates under the bus. What a role model.
bo_sox48 (5202 DMod(G))
10 Feb 16 UTC
@trip ... ask any Colts fan and we'll tell you without hesitation that Peyton won far more important games for us than he lost. Don't know about in recent years in Denver, but he was clutch in Indy.
Putin33 (111 D)
10 Feb 16 UTC
Manning was crying after he lost the superbowl and ran off the field. He sits and pouts on the sideline or yells at people after an interception. He's not a pleasant teammate.
Putin33 (111 D)
10 Feb 16 UTC
" Don't know about in recent years in Denver, but he was clutch in Indy."

Clutch? How many AFC championships did he win with all those great teams in Indy? One?

Balon Greyjoy
So I find it interesting that based on the photos for Season 6 the show appears poised to go forward with the Ironborn Plot. I feel like they sort of "missed the boat" (ahah) on this. Balon should have died way back in Season 3. Now ironically enough by pacing it out the way they have you could argue Balon won the war of the five kings. (Hes the only one still alive among them!!)

How do you pick your allies?
Do you go into a game with a preconceived idea of who you want to ally with? Do you choose based on the country, the press, or the personalities? Do you choose your ally based on your target's press, or your ally's press? What goes in to your decision process?

Making a parametric description
Hi guys,
I want to make a parametric description as the basis for my logo, so it has to look pretty enough for that. Can I create the graph online or using some downloadable software? My graphic calculator doesn't really make it a pretty picture.
I just want to enter the parameters etc. and print the result.
