As I have said, the difference is between what happens within a thread and in an OP. You may believe there shouldn't be such a distinction, but that's a different complaint to have.

oscar, since you don't know anything about Putin, you have no idea what evidence I have that he is a rapist. Putin has everything he needs to prove or not prove his rapist credentials, using his logic. I'm waiting for him to answer.
