That did not happen. Your memory is false. I was forbidden from posting in the forum, due to completely non-Mafia reasons (and for which a week's silence was an over-the-top sanction). Teacon subbed for me temporarily (and did a pretty good job, for which I am grateful - thanks again Teacon). I also immediately made contact with the GM and kept in contact by email to ensure as smooth as possible a transition to Teacon and back to me, which Bo_Sox could confirm. I never actually left, in fact I continued following the game at every stage, and when I tagged back in, I resumed very active participation.
Guak's situation, and behaviour, were very different. He literally just stopped playing mid game, seriously hindering his team. He made no effort to contact the GM, arrange a sub, or anything. He's a selfish prick.
