I guess my initial assumption was that nobody would be roleblocked - because what's the point? So, truthfully, I answered Brankl and stated I hadn't been. Brainbomb claimed he was, which I found surprising.

- I said Brainbomb's case on me was absurd. Yes, I still feel that way.

- I said "Guak has also been awful - absolutely toxic, a parasite, barely playing the game at all." Yes, I still feel that way. He sucks.

- I said "I will probably not play the next one." Yes, I still feel that way. This game has been awful, with several people lurking or absent, and at least one town-aligned player doing nothing to help town or, worse, playing against their win condition. I need a break from this shit and haven't had much fun at all. I do not intend to take part in Mafia XXIII.

- I said I was not being "contrived" in response to Floodgates. Yes, that is still my response.

- It wasn't all that early, it was well into the day.
- More than one person had declared they wouldn't vote Guak, despite my best efforts.
- I wasn't sure I'd be on at EoD.
- The possibility of scum therefore drawing the vote in my absence was a genuine concern.

It showed that he was town which meant that he probably was the counter-wagon. What I'm not sure about though is if his lynches were pushed by scum or not. I think not - he had enough momentum as it was.
Anyway, that opened up Guak as a potential scum. I'd thought for a long time that either Brankl or Guak was scum, I'd just decided that Brankl was scummier and should die first.

It would good to hear from some more people! Guak? If you don't defend yourself then I don't really see how you are playing to your win condition.

But yes, win condition becomes very blurry when someone isn't meeting post requirements.

@ Floodgates: If Guak is town, it's not my problem. He has been awful, toxic, unhelpful, barely present all game. I am only one person. I bear no guilt, no blame, no conscience for Vecna's lynch. Vecna lynched himself.

If Guak is lynched and flips Town, then it's his fault, not mine. He has contributed absolutely nothing and that's scumy enough for me at this point.

It is not my job to carry the burden of unproductive townies on my shoulders. I try my very hardest to participate. If others fail to do the same, it is they who are wanting, and not me.
