On the walkie talkie, two questions:
1. Can mafia and town have them, or just town?
2. If the talkie is stolen, can its original owner use it, and does the person on the other end know that someone new is talking?

1. Anyone can start with the walkie talkie. It can be town-town, town - scum, scum - scum (would be silly but still is possible, or scum-ghost, town - ghost.

2. If the walkie talkie is stolen its original owner can no longer post in that QT. If a person using a walkie gets Haunted the ghost can join the QT if he wants. If the walkie is stolen the Item Thief can post in there but they certainly dont have too.

When ghost or item thief post in walkie QT they dont need to use their player names.

It is our intention to use walkies pretty much like m20 with I believe only one change.
