Dip Directions?
In episode 11 of the Diplomacy Games podcast Kaner and I discussed longevity aspects and risk management of sites like webDip and vDip to ensure they grow and reduce the chances of going down (either technically speaking or perceptions of IP infringement). We said we'd create a thread for this for others to contribute. What do you reckon?

Can we get 901 back?
Is it possible to get known world 901 variant back? with or without fixing bugs? It seems enough people like it.

I know less about pre-Wilson presidents, but every American president Wilson onward is a bad person. Some worse than others.
JFK, Eisenhower, and Obama all may have at least had some conscience though.

I keep flip flopping on whether Obama has a conscience though. It's sometimes hard to tell.

How about the tax dollars going into killing kids who will potentially become terrorists via drone in the Middle East?

they also called you 'resident nasty woman'. i didn't believe that one either. of course when you cannot win an argument with logic and facts, throw mud and call names. that's what we did in kindergarten

Obama isn't even close to the worst president ever overall.

Focusing exclusively on US-Israeli relations, it is debatable whether the Obama administration did the right thing. But after 30 years of occupying Palestinian lands, peace and a two-state solution was not on the horizon--mainly due to Bibi and Boehner IMO.

funny how the majority of those 'bad' presidents were democrats or of the forerunner party the Democratic-Republicans or anti-Federalists. and reconstruction ended because of the Hayes-Tilden election as a deal forced by the democrats to allow Hayes to have the presidency.

The Iran deal also facilitated sentiments against the wishes of the Supreme Leader regarding global cooperation, to the point of electing a parliament and Council of Elders that are far more pro-West than in the past. Khamenei won't survive 8 years. After that, of the United States can show we were able to be trusted to uphold our end of the Iran deal, the next Supreme Leader will be someone more sympathetic to us.

Good god the stupidity It burns. How about the guy who was the ONLY president to lose jobs over his terms an drag us into two pointless wars and fail to stop the worst attack on the US since WWII and left the economy in the worst shape since the depression? How can anyone top that? The very notion that the guy who brought the economy back doubled the stock market value, cut the uninsured rate by two thirds, slowed out of control health care inflation, wound down those wars and oversaw the longest continuous expansion in a very long time and took major steps toward dealing with climate change is the worst ever is so breathtakingly stupid it really shows what a moron Thomas Sewell is. Like most conservatives, he is completely unhinged from reality. People who pontificate while on crack should be roundly mocked and humiliated

On. OBama may have been in office. But he did NOT bring the economy back ---stupid notion. His policies of zero interest rates have created a. Bigger bubble than we had before ---Ogion, from someone who thinks they're so smart---you're not that smart

Unployment may have fallen but the participation rate is at a 40 year low.
ssorenn (0 DX)

These policies also created the largest wealth gap in history. These are the reasons for unrest. The one percent became the .5 percent under Obama. He did not help the people. Are you fucking nuts. Ogion, if you don't understand monetary policy don't talk about it
TrPrado (461 D)
23 Jan 17 UTC
Job creation numbers should also be taken with a grain of salt. The numbers Obama boasts includes people who have to take second or third or so on jobs to get by.

Hey DO have you seen hidden figures yet? The nerds win. Math is king
Matticus13 (2844 D)
23 Jan 17 UTC
ssorenn: The Federal Reserve controls interest rates, not the President... The bubble is suspected by some, but if it exists and bursts, would be quite less painful than the Great Recession. The wealth gap was further widened by the fallout from the Great Recession, not liberal economics. The wealthy had the cash flow to take advantage of the steep economic down turn. Do you know monetary policy?

Let's Keep It Real
Conservatives- Resistant to change, confident in the status quo.
Liberals- Supportive of change, dissatisfied with the status quo.
If we stopped attacking each other for a few minutes these traits could be complimentary.

after only 4 hours, #alternativefacts is already being overused, just beating out the previous record held by #fakenews.

we fully expect to endure this for the next few days, until it to dies, or develops into something else (such as #bullshitnews)
