It would have been nice to have more warning from the two today, certainly, but I'm sure we'll be fine.

(And if the worst comes to the worst, for example I can only get one replacement, I would be able to drop down from 26 to 25 players and re-roll all the roles)

GM NOTES:

- Fluminator is not available at game start and has arranged to swap with DemonRHK. Fluminator goes onto the subs list in DemonRHK's place.

I do have a real question. So N1 does the developer learn at start of night what ability they have or does their abilities not kick in til night 2?

Correct. N1 the Developer, if there is one, has no orders to enter or anything.
