So Flum, bb, and I have talked and we've decided that it's best that Flum And I take over the mafia game for it's entire duration, to prevent more confusion, drama, and other inconveniences. So what does this mean?

1. If you have any questions regarding the game, please PM either Fluminator or I and we will promptly answer them.

2. Brainbomb has decided to abdicate from his position of GM. He will no longer be involved in the game other that talking shit about you guys in the God QT.

3. There may or may not be rule revisions, based on what Flum and I think are best for the game. We will be sure to let everyone know what the changes are before the games starts to allow for any further questions.

4. We will try to work as quickly as possible. There should not be any delays from the original start date, but of course, we will up date you all if anything changes.

We are deeply sorry for these abrupt changes, they are affecting us just as they are affecting you, so please bear with us.

We wanted to mess with M19 GMs and pretend we had become stalinist GMs. we had a backup joke for the first person who complained would be replaced and kicked out of the game.

This isn't 'a personal feud between two people'. This is a GM who thinks that it's fine to do everything in his power to ruin a mafia game because he was annoyed at someone in it. You really think that's acceptable? And even if you do, do you think players will appreciate it when someone says something you don't like in M20 and you decide that the appropriate response is to post a list of everyone's roles in the thread and destroy the game?

I know that there's no guarantee that you will do that, but after what you did last night I'm thinking it's fairly likely. Discord may not be webdip but that doesn't mean that you won't do the same thing here.

Don't play in this game. Please show brainbomb that he cannot go and deliberately ruin a game and then dismiss everything and go and GM one.

We need to get a system in place for vetting GMs.

This will be my last post on the subject since I don't think having a massive argument constantly being bumped to the top of the forum reflects well on the site, but I had to say that.

The GM team has agreed that now is the time to move on. People are tired of the drama and they just wanna play.

Are we really starting today? I thought it was the 30 or 31 of may. Like you know, after memorial day in the USA, when everyone is back from vacation.

If the game starts today then I am out. I confirmed for the 31st not the 24th. So if it starts today then remove me from the game. Thanks.

Normally I would agree to such a move, but this week I am administering and proctoring state examinations and grading a lot so I don't really have the time to Friday at the earliest.

I'm content to continue to play, though I do so with hesitation.

I would also prefer to wait until after this weekend. Going on vacation and will try to check in, but my participation will be limited this weekend if we start today.
