I think the ANC is one of the worst regimes you could wish for after the abolishment of apartheid. Racially polarized, sexist, anti-homosexual and corrupt are words I would use to describe it. Denying the existence of AIDS and its consequences, and in some cases attributing it to "black magic" is absolutely ridiculous in a country that is so severely suffering from this disease. Also, in a continent suffering from overpopulation, the President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, thought it would be a good idea to have six wives, and twenty children (that he acknowledged, that is).
The South African government tramples upon the principles of freedom, democracy and equality, on which it was founded. It doesn't know jack shit about how to properly and orderly govern a country.

And no, saying all of that doesn't make me a racist, Putin, you blatant moron. I believe in equality between sexes and races, I don't believe in denying AIDS is a sexually transmittable disease that merits combatting and I believe corruption is a terrible crime for a politician, one that ANC members appear to commit gladly. Jacob Zuma is a moron, like you. I don't care if he's black, white, or purple. The man's an idiot. And none of these statements are in the slightest contradictory.
"I didn't call you an apartheid supporter for criticizing the ANC. I called you one for crapping on one of the most inspiring democratic revolutions in recent memory and claiming your opinions on South Africa are in the 1% minority for being so 'controversial'."
Yeah, it was a great revolution, like Octavious pointed out, with a brilliant role for Mandela. Then his successors all screwed up. I'm crapping on the aftermath, not the revolution itself. And I'm not a racist.
