Yes, you can open this game up to public discussion provided that the terms are clearly laid out and everyone that joins agrees to abide by them.

Organize games like this (e.g., School of War is something similar) is perfectly fine provided that the terms are fair, clearly laid out, and that everyone involved agrees upon them before being let into a password protected game.

By the way, I noticed that there is only 15 hours left in the pre-game join phase. Let me know if you need to get extended to prevent it from cancelling.

Hey Y, given that RH went to sleep about 3.5 hours ago, I am sure another 48 hours extension would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I just went ahead and bumped it back up to 24 hours. Anyways, the game will start as soon as it fills with 7 players.
