I have a Bsc on Economics and never used it for nothing, in fact I doesn´t even believe Economics could be considered as a sciente......

And not, I am no better than everyone else inside our outside this thread, well, maybe better then some economics students....

So if you "never used it for nothing" then you must have used it for something... How anyone can get a degree and still use a double negative incorrectly, I'll never know.

@largeham - well, it depends on whether you go to a shitty economics program, or a decent one (LSE, Harvard, Princeton, etc.). In the former type, you learn some graphs and some ancient economic theory that old guys with beards stopped discussing in the 1600s. In the latter type, you learn some boss things that help you understand the complex workings of modern society. Unfortunately, nobody else will understand what you say about economics either way, so you just have to be content with the fact that you are better than they are.

This is a great quote. And you can easily replace "economics" with other things and it's still wicked true.
