However, we are currently investigating whether we can accomodate this due to the many other tournaments that are on schedule.

I can't go into details regarding the many thought processes of the mod team. We have more tournament request than ever, and we love it!

Cool.. I expect a fp one to start sign ups next week if you have so many requests. I've been waiting for so long :'(

But we must ensure that concurrent tourneys don't kill each other due to overlap. We'd like to see sufficient interest in each.

Signups will definitely not start next week ;) But we're working on how to handle this influx.
Remember, we're just a bunch of volunteers investing our spare time!

Hey, don't give me that when I'm trying to be nice, I could literally approve a tournament in like 15 minutes and if it helps a bunch of solid members have already gone over the set up so you can just approve it ;). 1v1 and fp traffic isn't the same, don't even pull that card. I probably put more effort into this site than half your volunteers and I don't even have fancy mod powers. So please reconsider the idea of pushing back a fp tournament for 1v1 or whatever. Thanks! :D

I for one am ecstatic that DO is starting a French Canadian Gunboat Tournament series and will be throwing in my full approval for solidarity, especially if such shows of support will help push this thing through.

Gunboat is near and dear to my heart and I'm very happy that DO has gotten the ball rolling on starting another wonderful gunboat tournament for webDippers everywhere.
