Well, merely judging from the fact that on any policy issue, you can look at what policy position would hurt the most people, and that's a very good predictor of the conservative position on the issue. I've been watching this scene for a long time, and I can't think of a single counter example at this time.
And that's not a statement against a group but against an ideology. Political philosophy isn't race or sexual orientation, for crying out loud. Judging you for your actions is entirely different than judging people for who they are. One is moral judgment and the other bigotry. Naturally, conservatives want to muddy the waters to distract from their bigotry by pretending to be victims. We have all seen that a ton. It's deflection 101
And you still don't get it. I understand Kansas has somewhat better literacy rates than Oklahoma, but judging from you, they still aren't good
So, again, using small words so you can follow:
Texas and Florida have intentionally acted to make climate change worse. So intelligent people don't have a lot of sympathy when they get hurt by a problem they helped cause. Californians have worked to avoid these problems and so aren't as at fault when climate change impacts hit California, because at least California has been working hard to prevent these problems
And of corse, California pays for both disasters because the US has minority rule.
