How to play Russia in Gunboat

Title. I suck at Russia in gunboat. I have no clue what high level strategy I should be going for. I just always die after accomplishing virtually nothing.

Bullying and harassment on the forum

Is it okay for me to target and insult people to the point where they want to leave the website because I don't agree with a certain non offensive point of view they have?

When I complained (not officially) to an admin about the way some members were harassing others I was told to simply mute that person. Is there no better method where we, as a community, can get rid of this type of abuse? Muting doesn't exactly solve the issue. I think it's fine to argue and fight with people (like in the Trump threads most of the time) but is it ok to be so vehemently disgusting to someone that they feel they need to be banned in order to escape it? Discuss.

We all are human with morals and empathy. My point is very simple. Why is this thread needed? Why do people keep trying to censor speech on this forum and impose their value system on others?

Like, if you say a curse word, who cares? It's called free speech people. Now, if your curse word includes a personal threat or a threat of violence THEN I agree that action should be taken. But, just a curse word that one value system may deem offensive? Sorry, speech is protected (including offensive speech).

Feature request: expand mod powers

I've noticed that a lot of people have been having issues with mod's decisions lately and I think the forum would be a better place if the mods/ admins had the powers to do more than just ban a user and if they were allowed to, for example, also kill the user's family. Implementing a "-1 and ban" feature underneath the +1 feature may also be funny to watch. Thank you and I hope you take my ideas into consideration.

Feature request: time clock location

It would be really nice to have the countdown clock right above the order menu. That way one wouldn't have to scroll up to see how many precious seconds are left (wasting precious seconds). Would be pretty useful toward the end of the 5-minute 1v1's in which there are a lot of orders to fill.
