@yoyo. You live in Chicago , and you and I both know that 80+% of the gun violence in our city was black on black in a 12 block radius on the south side. It's the fact. Granted, they may have had other charges they could have laid on him (I don't live in Florida, so I don't know their laws), but could you at least be intellectually honest in the OP?

In most cases the charges that the police bring are the only ones that get prosecuted, so picking only one charge, the least felony charge, that can get plea deal to a misdemeanor is being ignored. I could think of a few other charges that could have been tacked on and dropped later if they were serious about prosecution. The police might have thought they were doing Foster a favor by getting him out of there.

option A: he pulls it out and starts yelling Neo-Nazi screams and THEN I tackle him
option B: he says he has a permit and then I yell 'shut up blackie' THEN I tackle him

843463 registered permits to carry have been given, and since florida's population is 19.55 million, that means 4.3% of people there have a CCW permit. So in theory 1 out of every 4 people in that store had a CCW (whether it is a handgun, extreme mace, tazer, or a large enough knife)
