After reading most of Elliot Rodger's lengthy autobiography, witnessing the moral depravity of some forum members, (thank you mods for locking that thread), and arguing once again with my parents who don't understand me at all; I'm rather fed up with mankind in general...

@Slyguy - As long as you allow yourself to realize that not everyone is oing to agree with you and to not sweat the small stuff (and let's face it, most of the shit is small stuff), you will learn to appreciate your parent's point of view even if you don't agree with it.

I'm a person too Nigee. I include myself in that statement. That's what I couldn't understand about Rodger's: how he could blame all his problems on the rest of the world without taking the blame for any of them. He couldn't see the truth because he was blinded by his own foolish pride.

Yes Draugnar, some of it is small stuff but some of it isn't. I appreciate my parents, (don't get me wrong, I do love my parents), but they have a hard time relating to me and don't consider me to be very mature. It's tough being bossed around by someone when you think you know better than them.

Now, I've been rather busy of late so you'll note my postings have been first thing in the morning, lunch (Eastern Time), or after hours. Because I am a responsible professional. I'm sure if Krellin had an abundance of work to do, he would be doing the same.

"Perception is projection", if someone feels pain, sadness, hurt, who are we to sit as judge and jury over their life and tell them they are not worthy and their feelings are meaningless. If you feel something, it's not meaningless, it's real.
I am nearly 50 and when I was young I suffered all those feelings because I was young and knew no better and may have been experiencing things for the first time, I didn't have all of the mental or emotional tools to deal with some of the things that life chucked at me, but as I got older and got more life experience I gained a sense of perspective which allowed me to review those initial responses, hindsight is a beautiful thing.
