I'd like to join, but I don't have an active GR. I'm back from an extended diplomacy break. Before leaving, I had a ghost rank of 21 (december 2012) with a GR of 176. That GR would put me at 24 in the current Ghost Ranking. Meanwhile, I'm 69 in the all-time list. You can decide for yourself which number to use.
