What would be the point of that?

(1) Our powers may work well together
(2) It forces scum to commit to stuff
(3) I feel like I’m groping around in the dark. I wonder whether bringing stuff to the light will be useful.

And, damn, I realize this is all tough to answer given the various solos of information. I doubt we do this now. But I think it’s an important discussion to have tomorrow.

Mass reveals are good at limiting a scum pool. Since you can claim literally anything without being necessarily wrong, *and* scum have day chat to coordinate their claim, hard no thanks.

Think about it this way: scum know way, way, way more about the game state right now. They know what powers they have. They can make pretty solid presumptions about the overall power of the powers opposing them. And they can share the results of whatever information powers they have at their disposal.

I understand that their may be costs to reveal. But, I think it’s a discussion we should all be considering. We have such a crazy small amount of information — bringing the information we have to light (and forcing scum to commit to their lies early), May make considerable progress.

Moreover, while scum can lie about their powers, they don’t know all of the powers the town has, and their fake claims may be testable.
