As the sun gave its last rays, and the india ink branches of the moor created a batik of pink and gray Dumel closed the curtains.

He looked at hs bloody bandage and once more at the clock.

“It is time” he said.

He put on his best suit coat, twirled his moustache and dried his watery eyes.

Lord Dumel gathered each member of the house in the main dining hall. A hush fell over the room and Dumel sat in his lords chair at the head of the table. He placed a pistol in front of himself and calmly folded a napkin over it.

“Witches”. He said
But no one reacted.

“Witches”. He repeated and none spoke.

“A coven is in our manor, below our cathedral; and this is only the beginning. Some of you may yet be a part of it. And tonight we shall find out.”

He pounded his fist on the table and the mice cowered in fear.

The Iguana stared. The parrot bobbed its head. The rabbits sunk low in their chairs. The cat played with its yarn. And the dog barked in fear. The gardener shielded her face, and the butler rolled his eyes.

“No one wants to fess up ay?”

Dumel smiled. Have at each other and prove to me you are not coven. We shall burn the loser among you.

When I voted for Mimi, she never reacted bad to me, instead handled things well into a Will wagon. Her early foreshadowing might be an indicator of this. Also mimi was too buddying the whole day to me. Which is scummier than towny. Did anyone else have the vibe of buddying I'm talking about?

this is true and it is very rare for me to handle being voted well. wrong conclusion but none of this analysis is incorrect. i think i was trying to buddy you bc i felt camaraderie in the fact that we are both mice

It would be a pretty outrageous move to announce you are bussing your witch partner while you are actually bussing your witch partner. MAD respect to Mimi if she did that but if she did, I'm outclassed here, because I can't really believe it.
