Assuming you're town, how is it useful to town to inform Mafia that you don't have the electroshield, that if you ever had the nurse kit you have used it, that you didn't have the repair-kit, that you didn't have an armor, etc?

First off, I know he's town.

Second, as town he's eager and stupid. As scum he's timid and lurky. Here he's clearly the former, and his thinking betrays that he can't even put himself in scum's shoes.
