How long does this day phase last?

When do people start saying stuff about alignments?
48 hours.

I am 100% vanilla town confirmed.

This does feel like an exceptionally slow start though.

Someone post a fake reads list.
Here are ten examples of possible reads for town players:

"Player A seems genuinely concerned about the well-being of the group and is actively trying to gather information to help us make a decision."
"Player B has consistently provided logical and well-reasoned arguments during discussions."
"Player C has shown a willingness to change their stance based on new evidence presented by others."
"Player D has been consistently engaged in the discussion and actively trying to help the group reach a decision."
"Player E has been consistently voting with the majority and seems to be trying to follow the group's consensus."
"Player F is actively trying to help the group by suggesting possible leads to follow."
"Player G is providing a lot of information and actively trying to help the group understand the situation."
"Player H is actively trying to help the group by pointing out inconsistencies in other players' statements."
"Player I has been consistently trying to keep the discussion focused and on track."
"Player J has been consistently providing helpful insights and ideas during the discussion."

Here are three examples of possible reads for scum players:

"Player X seems to be trying to mislead the group by providing false information or distracting from the real issues at hand."
"Player Y is consistently trying to manipulate the group's decision-making process by sowing confusion and discord."
"Player Z is consistently trying to protect themselves by feigning innocence or confusion and not providing useful information to the group."

Just checked to see if sherif had been an option of a power. Seems it’s just flavor?
##vote BunnyGo

Fake question. Reminds me of this D1 wolf post in a game I observed.

Let’s play.
Oh fun this started.

Don't think that one is scummy, seems like a legit question to me
Would you please talk more about the distinction you are making? Do you understand why I had concerns about the post? Could you paraphrase what you think I thought? And then talk about how you think I’m wrong please.

What do you mean by “legit question”? Do you feel like BunnyGo sincerely suspected that someone named “DUDLEY BROWNE” was in the game and died with the initial flavor post and was asking for confirmation that in fact it was just flavor?

Pretty sure X, Y, and Z are all Town. The others could go either way.

Is there some kind of order of operations list for night actions?

What I really want to know is this: if I am Civil War Veteran, should I just claim? Can Mafia actually kill me? Hard for me to tell how Hooker etc interact with that role without an order of night operations. Maybe there is just a Webdip standard that applies?

I think there are three things to consider here:
1. The tough guy is a hard counter and can just kill you if they exist.
2. Mafia will fear visiting everyone if there's unknown potential for a vet.
3. Getting visited by a townie would be bad.

I wonder what the game thread learns by way of flavor if there is a gunshot, but the target is not killed. And if Hooker visits War Vet, does hooker die or does the RB work?

Is there some place I can read to know how these rules will be enforced?

I'd imagine we won't hear of a gunshot, and that the vet can't be hooked, but a ##CALLGM would give a definitive answer.

I want to know the cut and how you cooked it.
Ribeye, 2 minute sear on cast iron on high heat and flipped. Homemade compound butter, garlic, salt, black pepper. Finished for 2.5 minutes at 500 degrees in the oven. Topped with rosemary, basil, and a basic prime rib dash. Comes out rare internally (medium rare takes 4 minutes in the oven) and crusted like candy on the outside, but not dried out.

I always add a couple sunny side up eggs and a southwest style salad. Keto taught me that potatoes and steak are not as friendly of a combo as you think.

Sometimes I’ll do a filet instead if I’m feeling feisty, similar process but add red wine. But even on my salary I can’t afford filets often lol.

Some of the best steak meals are tri tip roasts at 450 in the oven for about 20 minutes per pound. Fat cap on and facing up. Or a chuck roast slow cooked for 6 hours. Tender as can be

Why are people so anxious to play the game, D1 is pointless until the last five minutes anyway

Is the implication here that steak and potatoes is a bad combo because there are carbs involved?

No, carbs can be good for you and carb cycling is arguably the best lifelong diet you can practice from a health standpoint. But a high carb, starchy food to go with a very fatty food is a pretty unhealthy combination if you’re not trying to quickly gain weight by storing new fat. If you’re gonna eat a high carb meal it is generally better to keep it low in fats.
