Bot games not starting nor progressing

A bot game i was playing hasnt progressed even after an hour of waiting with mine and all the bots' orders ready (green tick). I tried to cancel it (with all the bots voting for it) but its not cancelling. So, i started a new game and, even with all the bots in it, it hasnt started.

There's an issue with game processing right now- server isn't processing at all at the moment. Had a game stuck processing for a while as well. There's a message at the top of the website- though it's sometimes a little difficult to make out.

Well, that's unfortunate. Hope it gets fixed quickly.

glad I came here before posting a duplicate of my own. Thanks for pointing out the message doom, perhaps a faded red background would aid the figuratively blind like myself lol

Thanks for your patience; an unknown issue causes processing to pause for over the 12 minute threshold which cause processing to halt. Usually I would get an SMS about this and get it back up and running in a few hours at most, but we ran out of SMS credits so I wasn't aware for 2-3 days.

We've made changes to prevent this reoccuring, apologies for the inconvenience.
