I don’t think it’s a completely unpredictable NK. darg was generally helpful to the thread, not spamming, adding good comments, etc. Solid town behavior.

If I was scum, darg would have been on the list.

Other options to kill might have been celaph (although I’ve seen town DK him enough to let him be) or worcej (similar reasoning as darg).

As scum, I 100% would not have killed Eden, Neon, Sabi, Bona, Snowy, Rumi, myself, or bo, and probably not Vecna, ghug, Jamie, or Chaqa, although the EON stuff might have been tempting.

Meta-comment, I don’t know if it’s bad for me to speculate on these sort of questions? I’m following Bona’s advice from last game of “let the thread know what you’re thinking”.

How the fuck would you know what you’d have done lol. I get you’re commenting on who’s been scrapping vs who isn’t, and possibly also who you like and who you don’t, but that all pales in comparison to who is mafia and who is town as well as who is right and who is wrong.

Well yes, but who would swap nametags with me now? I've outsmarted them all snd am now basically a named townie that you lose your voting power if you kill.

So this isn't true, they would just bus your nametag onto a townie if you were telling the truth about your nametag.

Eh, I don't think there's a ton of benefit to doing that for them.

Who do you think mafia did/should have BD'd instead of you? Do you think Sabi's Deathbomb claimed nametag is more important to move?

Note that the Bus Driver has to drive every night, doesn't get to see any of the nametags being passed around, and iirc the targets don't know that they were BD'd that night.

Why for those people? Eden, Rumi and Vecna in particular strike me as odd

Eden and Rumi spent all night generating massive post numbers and causing people (okay maybe just Sabi) to start talking about mid-game apathy already.If I'm scum, I let that shit cook for another day.

If it cools down and the two of them stop flooding the thread and I think Eden is obvtowning, then I kill him N2? Could even Strongman him to be certain.

Vecna is on some townread lists, but not everyones, and was involved in the EOD D1 voting flips. If I'm scum and I decide to re-focus on EOD D1 or doing some VCA to distract the thread, then I leave Vecna alive in the hopes that someone gets off on a tangent about "did Vecna know what was going on at EOD D1?" to just mess with the thread again.

Did that make sense? It's clearer in my head.

I probably would have Deathbombed Sabi's nametag onto a mafia member, or onto Snowy if mafia are under little suspicion. Shooting Dargo seems like a PR read which would make me think someone like Vecna or ghug who is good at spotting PRs could be scum.

I just realized something. Order of operations says that Florist goes before the Strongman (presumably responsible for NK), so drag already traded his original nametag away.

My turn to admit I didn't read the set up.

What's a florist do?

Delivers flowers to another player. That's it. Also swaps nametags.

In the order of operations, Florist is third place, coming after Cop, but before NK (which matters for nametags)

Which means drag as florist swapped his nametag with someone else, then the person who NKed him took that someone else's nametag.
