By the way, I'm pretty sure Chaqa is town. But since Chaqa is the only person I trust in this game, if I'm nightkilled it means there's a chance he's scum trying to make sure that I never change my vantage point or put my extremely fleeting trust in anyone else.

I'm pretty sure Eden said that's totally a thing he does as scum in that 2014 post about how to paly mafia as a thing he did. (yes, I finally got around to reading that thing, even if you said its kind of outdated)

That’s not really fair. ghug’s actions make it pretty clear to me, at least, that he was trying to force action out of the abnormally high number of vanity wagoneers. It’s unfortunate that he and Vecna got crisscrossed when they both went to break the tie at more or less the same time, but I don’t have any trouble believing that ghug was just trying to motivate the vanity wagoneers to move. In my mind, the blame goes to the people who were riding vanity wagons to the end.

When ghug first tied the vote at 17m, those people were:

bo (on Chaqa)
Byz (on me)
damo (on Sabi)
Neon (on celaph)
pyx (on ghug)
rivera (on Jamie)
Vecna (on Bona)

damo, Neon, and bo weren’t here for EOD (both had last post times of >2h out). Byz moved pretty quickly to consolidate, so take him out of the equation too. Vecna moved when it mattered, albeit awkwardly timed. You only moved at the final moment, and rivera didn’t move at all.
