I find it concerning that HR and kgray both started suspecting celaph during N1, spent the majority of D2 voting for him, then contributed to celaph almost avoiding the DK.
What’s concerning about it? I though celaph’s activity picked up D2 as I was pressuring him, and boatman was making baseless arguments against bona and I felt he was faking his reads. He seemed scummier to me at the time.

Kgray moved a lot earlier, and is in my null pool, but this is a fair observation.

Kgray has, I notice, also defended / supported HR in comments earlier tonight.
Pretty sure most of my “defense” of HR is just disagreeing with ghug’s iffy assumption that HR participating only near EOD D1 is scummy.

I need to reread but that's not happening today. My initial thought is idk why hr does that as scum but I could be wrong. As for Bob, I was coming around on him and like I also got it wrong. Honestly maybe celaph was hella bussed. I'll take a look tomorrow but today I'm getting day drunk probably
Yo this sounds like a plan. Shine and Sake Saturday for all!

If I picked the town out of the Bob/Durga/HR trio I would say it's Durga. HR has given me off vibes like that alien/scum multi game and Bob has jus tbeen too conveniently in the wrong place for my taste. Like a bystander in electrical.

Still sus on damo. Vecna a little less. rdr pretty clear now. I think there is a deep cover still unless the scumteam is completely imploding.

We just killed scum, why do you have to be mad?
boat man was the better kill there
What?

We are 100% certain that Celaph was scum. Celaph has died and the GM has revealed Celaph's alignment.

To rationally argue, now that we have this knowledge of Celaph's alignment, that TFB would have been the "better" kill, you would not only have to be 100% certain that TFB is scum, but you would also have to be certain that TFB is a Mafia PR.

How can you possibly be certain, at this point in time, that TFB is a Mafia PR?
celaph would have been killed later, but boat man is someone that no one wanted to vote and the wagon got traction only very slowly, which makes me think that scum did not prefer that wagon over celaph's

Hi Bob.

You're making quite a lot of assumptions here, but still, useful endeavour.

To be clear about one thing you're uncertain of, I moved to you, at the point I did, because I knew it would create a 5 v 5 v 5 tie and I wanted to see who would move quickly to resolve the tie (4 minutes were left at that moment).

what did you like about the list?
When he inevitably got a bunch of heat for a poorly slapped together and somewhat illogical list, he immediately started probing people about their responses, not just trying to justify his silly list. If it wasn't intended to be a reaction test, it certainly ended up being used as one anyway.
Like this read from Bob.

Rdr is town.

Blame probtown.

Jamie probtown.

No other particular reads.

Happy enough with my vote for now but ##unend as DL now posting.

Wrt to my (lack of) participation so far I run a pub poker game on Monday evenings. My Monday participation is always on the low side. I expect Bozo has a spreadsheet that can confirm this.
Just saw this message. Why I am town?

Honestly I'd be more suspicious of anyone who did particularly care whether someone dies. I have no knowledge of who is what and nobody except ghug and TFB had done anything AI at that point. And we do have a track record of D1 lurker kills... Just being realistic.
So this is this post that originally tweaked my interest in Bob. I’m naturally suspicious of people who start sentences with ‘Honestly’ does that mean they are normally dishonest? But the line that jumped off the page to me was “I have no knowledge of who is what…’. I’ve played quite a few games and I’ve never seen town try and emphasise that they don’t know what everyone else rolled. It just didn’t sit right with me.

Whilst it wasn’t really a ‘gotcha’ moment. Bobs reaction was interesting and defensive and he openly stated he was fearful of dying. Why would town fear dying? Chances are most town will be dead before the end of the game. Dying isn’t a problem, winning as a team is all that matters. (I can almost hear you all screaming - ‘hell Maniac, didn’t you manipulate business lamp to stay alive?’ Yep I manipulated him (sorry business lamp) but it wasn’t through fear, just looking for reactions.

I also really don’t like Bob suddenly jumping on Foxy following Jamie’s case. It looks to me like Bob was scared that his wagon was building and he was looking for any viable alternative. Foxy would get town points if Bob flips scum.

I don’t have too much on anyone else and I’m aware the EOD is when I’m getting my beauty sleep, so I’m not going to switch off Bob today.
This is better from Maniac.

Part of it is that you did not seem to suspect celaph D1 for the same things you did N1, at which point celaph could have suggested bussing him.

I would be surprised if celaph was defending Fluminator while bussing Donny and/or Bob. It is more likely celaph was trying to get credit for town reading Fluminator while none of the counter wagons were mafia.

why celaph over like hr/damo/rdrivera?
i think ive commented on both at some point earlier, but HR's post intrigues me and seems promising for future content. rdrivera i have a slight positive impression on from their early posts that felt genuine (its 1am sorry i dont feel like substantiating this further atm)

and then between celaph and damo, my gut just tells me that voting damo would do nothing to further discussion and help us move forward with the rest of the day. from what i recall damo's already being talked about a bit. celaph is like, online rn, and a bit more under the radar. might as well poke that bear too when there isn't too much differentiating them.
This looks OK, but I would not completely rule out bussing.

Okay so celaph comes in, asks five questions (two to me), likes my read, and then dips. No real thoughts or anything given. It's exactly what I expect tbh, except the shading kgray bit.

Which is odd, because why call out that of all things, and also it requires some considerable effort or close attention to actually realise that kgray had shaded chaqa in two earlier comments. Why pay so much attention to that and... basically nothing else? Certainly something to keep an eye on.
This does not seem like bussing.

I have done a godawful, useless attempt at analyzing early data to find patterns, and I have returned with outliers of TFB and damo.

If it means anything or not is anyone's guess, but it's interesting and means I wanna see what develops.
Why call out Damo and not someone like me?
