No replies from Mod about username change

Good evening!

My friend recently got banned from this site due to his username, and we have repeatedly contacted the mods about his request for a name change, to no avail.

He has been playing for a while now, and had no ill intent with his username, coming for a country where the name has a different meaning and the fact that he made it when he was 12. I can testify that he truly is passionate about diplomacy and the community and would never want to offend anyone.

He would like to join the AI tournament, but his being banned prevents him from doing so. Thus, the request for username change.

Any prompt feedback from the moderators would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m sorry I didn’t check that out. He doesn’t use this website mainly :< but he just logged in due to the message in the discord server about the AI thing and he didn’t receive any email about being banned so I assumed :’(
