I think it seems really likely that damo was the cop, yeah. And I think that if he wasn't, the real cop shouldn't be CCing because I don't want to trade them for what I consider almost-certain-scum!Chaqa

But the cop wouldn't CC until they're good and ready anyway, and people were already resolved to kill Chaqa by the time anything close to lylo comes.

Was there anything about the damo = cop argument you found persuasive? Do you disagree with my, Flum's and others' assessment that damo is probably not cop, based on this and that?

It wasn't him scumreading me that I objected to.

It was his claimed reasoning. He claimed I was "not meaningfully involved" which is so patently absurd that I can't see how town!PE actually reading the thread could possibly have believed it. Therefore I contend that it was a fake read. Making up fake reads on people who are sometimes controversial is something that scum do.

I mean I keep getting the impression Vecna's not getting meaningfully involved but every time I look at him he's said a lot so I can see how one might feel that way

Thinking about the alleged crumbs by Chaqa and damo it seems infinitely more likely to me that damo's obvtown read of Eden was a legit crumb than Chaqa's se7en reference regarding Flum. If we found out damo were the cop it would be immediately obvious who his inno scan is on. The same isn't true of Chaqa and Flum at all. So if I assume that the cop wanted their knowledge to be clear to town upon flip (which is basically required of a cop), then I think damo is way more likely to be the cop than Chaqa.

What´s is on my mind right now is Vertix (a medicine you use when you have labyrinthitis crysis and made me sleep all morning). I couldn´t stand up and now I am doing my best to work without sleeping and also check this game, so take all I say with a grain of salt.

I won´t say it´s typical behaviour, I am not EMC, but sometimes I have dificulties finding someone to vote and this game is one of this times. The last games I tried to change this and cast more early votes and push more, but this game I just don´t have the conviction or the energy to play like this.

I will ##vote Tom right now because I need to cast a vote and I think he is scum. If things are down to Bozo and Worcej I will later vote Bozo. If you want to wagon me, I think it´s a perfectly fine choice too as lfischl would also be. Lurking in this kind of game is even worst then on a regular one and I don´t think a policy kill isn´t the worst choice.

When the cop would CC depends entirely on who they are, and there's always a chance that they get killed without claiming. So in a no-flip game I actually think waiting for a CC is worse, maybe.

I actually really like Eden's theory and if Eden is a VT then I think damo is almost certainly the cop. I townread Eden, so... this makes sense to me.

I remember 2 arguments for damo not being the cop:

1) damo said chaqa could be mafia, VT, or cop, which indicates damo isn't the cop because damo wouldn't have said chaqa could be the cop if damo is the cop. I don't really buy this, because it's not like damo would have wanted to draw attention to the fact that he knows for certain chaqa isn't the cop.

2) damo wouldn't have brought up the cop knowing someone was VT before game start if he were cop. I don't agree with that, because damo talking mech/setup details is very common and I wouldn't consider it being 'too obvious'.
