Perhaps we should discuss who should claim and when.

With 5 PRs v 4 scum scum cannot afford to CC so claims will be quasi-clear.

I suggest miller and doc claim EON1. Hopefully scum kill a vt N1 this would give cop 3 scans and Jack 3 uses since presumably scum would kill the 2 claimants N2 and N3.

Oracle could read the N1 kill and declare EON3 giving the cop another scan and Jack could autopsy the doc claimant.

Jack and cop then reveal all their info EON4.

A more conservative option would be for doc and miller to claim now and bring everything as above forward a night.

Why would we want the doctor to claim early, or at all? The doctor becomes more useful as the game gets smaller. If we have a doctor claim late, we will be well aware that it could be mafia hoping the doctor is dead.

I unironically love Miller talk, b/c I can at least get some info about people's thoughts from it. Guessing random people to try and get wagons going doesn't make any sense to me normally, and has less than zero benefit in a game where there's no info in death. Day 1 we should talk about if Miller should role claim (no other role should, duh), and whether or not we should kill someone (which people seem to want blood, but I don't agree and think that hurts us more than helps us). Any other discussion seems like filler until night time.

Miller is a negative utility role. In this setup the Miller is unusual, because normally a Miller is unaware of their own millitude. Scum could claim Miller, to protect against a future cop result, but this would be very foolish - the real Miller absolutely should counter-claim in that scenario, and then town should vote out both claimants, because that way one of them is a guaranteed scum elimination, which is a worthwhile trade for town in this scenario.

Taking that into account, then YES the Miller should claim. If nobody counter claims, the Miller claimant can be treated as very nearly townclear.

I encourage the Miller to claim.

For this game I favour a staggered time appropriate PR only claim. VTs should not declare.

Staggered reveals are fine but should come about naturally more or less. Each day and night we'll have the opportunity to evaluate whether a claim would be appropriate

I undervalued doc and have changed my mind.

I think the reveal order should be:

Doc
Cop

Obviously a PR under wagon pressure or a false scum claim could change the order.

There's a lot of ambiguity in that post, but either it's a Miller Claim, or it's pretending to be a Miller Claim, while still leaving open being a vanilla claim. Unless I'm totally misreading it and it's a galaxy brain play I misunderstand?

Agree here - it removes any chance of scum using it later and if we do kill a scum player D1, they'll claim it to create CC-ish situation and force another PR claim to verify.

If I understand the role correctly, the oracle will only have something to reveal when they are dead.
