Its simple, 4 players voted for you D1, and you expressed suspicion of all 4 while they were voting for you.

Bozo, I voted for snowy D1 and I don’t think he expressed suspicion of me. Does snowy not OMGUSing all his detractors change your read of him at all? How do you see snowy today?

It turns out there were 6 players voting for snowy at different times D1. You voted for snowy for 12 minutes near EOD, so if snowy is scum, I don't think he would be trying to discredit your vote at that time as much as trying to get you to move your vote.

I think snowy came out looking suspicious from D1 EOD, so I voted for him at the start of D2 to see how he would react, and he again reacted by saying I am scum for voting for him instead of explaining his thinking D1 EOD.

Food is too squeaky clean. He asks a lot of questions, and its a wonderful tool to get townread. Im having a bad gut feeling.

(probably influenced by the fact he usually garners suspicion as town but if memory serves is quite adept at garnering townreads as scum).

He's playing somewhat similarly to M67 D4 onwards. But he started doing so right out of the gate.

Last game he just admitted he couldnt replicate it as town, yet now he's doing it quite consistently.

His reads are here a lot earlier, including lists.

Either he suddenly learned to speed up his entire thing significantly, or he's just bullshitting it together because he expects to be daykilled like last game if he doesnt produce something that looks like it.

I think the way Vecna was defending Bozo is exactly what scum Vecna does when he wants to defend a scum partner. Of course this depends on Bozo being scum. The vote on Food is also something that I don´t see town Vecna doing as Food is a solid town read of mine.

Also, town Vecna would usually be at least pressuring me if not pushing the hell out of me at this point and he is just ignoring me.

Why are you making that statement of bozo in particular? Im townreading a bunch of people.

I tend to agree with you here. I think one of Vecna or Ghug is scum, just not sure which one. I don´t think it´s both.

Last night, mafia wanted to maximize their chances of killing a town PR. Otherwise, there's little to no reason to shoot Dargo. No offense to Darg, but he isn't exactly a priority kill.

They also likely did not want to hit the Jester.

I believe Snowy was really roleblocked.

So, ghug could have not been shot because they think he's jester, but he also could have not been shot because he's mafia. Putting a pin in it for now.

Vecna is another person I think is a likely D1 nightkill. Damo too.

I wonder if it means anything that Dargo was shot instead.

The fact im still alive is a pretty good indicator that youre not in that scum QT. Or youre getting overruled, which seems very unlikely with the game going the way it is.

Vecna was pretty widely townread (or so it felt like) and is often fearkilled even before bothering to PR hunt. It’s certainly strange. But I don’t think Vecna is scum based on his iso, so I can’t see myself voting him today.

It did strike me as strange he camped a vote on darg all D1 and never explained it.

Roleblocks are one of the most basic principles of mafia, and you have played mafia (the team/role) before, so you should know how they work.

Don't get all elitist/uber-mafia player on me. The gift of being me is that I've not been a PR but for neighbourizer 1 time and then a 3P before so I fall back on ADHD Brian mode of "only pay attention to what you need to." Everything else was always vanilla so...no paying attention.

When we were mafia together in M63, we had a roleblocker. Do you remember any of the discussion about how to use the RB?

Actually that’s an interesting point that HB has more reads this game. I noticed that but I chalked it up to evolution. The reason I am towning HB is that, even with those reads, there’s a lot of hemming and hawing that, from my time playing with him, is pretty on point. But I suppose there’s no reason to believe scum!HB can’t reproduce his townie uncertainty… and the outlying element is his more rapid move to more specific observations. Hmm.

What’s weird/annoying about snowy is he seems mostly interested in trying to trap people. I think this goes against the townie principles he pontificated on last game.

I think I still have to leave him out of POE because of the RB, though.
