I really liked this new guy Mean, let's not lynch him please.

Ezio first message was as scummy as it can be. An anchor vote and a useless comment about shoot Brain or no shoot (really?) without any reasoning.

Why do you like the new guy? From outside game experience or from what he's done so far in game? I have found several things he's said so far shady. Feel free to chalk it up to noobism. I find you vouching for the new guy for (from my perspective) no good reason shady.

Dunno if everyone thinks this is obvious and me spelling it out makes me seem even more stupid, but you expecting to get shot makes it sound a whole lot like you’re not the gunsmith?

Also can someone answer my questions with more than “bork” please? It’s odd for everyone to have in-jokes and the like that new folks aren’t party to. Also feel free to update the fact that when others explained their viewpoint I agreed that handing out a gun first night makes sense.

1) I wouldn't get too hung about whether he's the gunsmith or not. I'm not saying that all D1/D2 PR (power role, someone asked earlier) claims are false, but I don't trust them til there's more information. I agree it generates productive conversation. In MXX we caught Maniac because he focused exclusively on Vecna's D1 PR claim and was being shady about it.

2) Anyone else find the bold part weird? Trying to be agreeable and chomping at the bit to be noticed doing so.

Conciliatory. Wanting to meet the demands of what the pro-town stance is/was on a particular issue.
In this case he aligned his position with dargorygel that giving out my guns may have many cons. He was told by ND that guns given out N1 arent live guns until N2 also. No clue why ND is telling him false information. Anyone who has played here knows guns are live at start of DAY. And can be fired.

So Rj's original assumption that if scum got a gun two kills can happen is true. Rj adjusting his position could just mean he was confused on it all. Not a big deal yet.

Here's some of the shorthand we use translated for new players:

PR = Power Role

CC = Counter Claim

Iso = Isolation - reading one player's posts in isolation while analysing them

LyLo = Lynch or Lose - when the game has reached the point that if we do not successfuly lynch a scum on the current day, we will lose.

NK = Night Kill

VT = Vanilla Townie

Usually when Snowy turns up he posts a bunch. I remember in previous games he posts on par with Brainbomb, but has not done so yet. So my comment was going to be about that peculiar observation.

I claimed damian is scum at XXXIII and we claimed each other is scum all the game although we both were not. I don't want this at this game.

Gunna make it awkward and let you know I have a vagina, nbd but I'm not a he or a guy

I'll be working most of today, but the only person so far who's given me a bad gut feeling is Balki. He keeps putting awkward pressure on people (dar and demon), pressuring people with questions that have obvious answers. DemonRHK said some obvious stuff and Balki grilled him on it in a weird way. It looks like he's trying to seem commanding and to push people, without having any real bite behind his pushing. Maybe that is how he plays, or he's trying to keep people talking, but it struck me the wrong way.

It is totally just a gut feeling, but day 1 is made on gut
