I feel like you are misrepresenting my post to say that im advocating a sloppy ramrod style of play. Like you wanna make it sound like im gonna just barrell through a bunch of inaccurate meta reads and that town will just arrive at accurate reads by playing very slow and itll just happen effortlessly
I'm saying townreading or scumreading someone off a single post is a stupid idea, especially when it could conceivably be made as either alignment.
it was easily 11 or more posts taken from 6 or 7 games. again this completely misses my point

Let me just put this out there because I am curious... is there value to doing any role claims now? Later on?

I think I'm town
Bona is once again his way too fluffy playstyle. Somewhat equating it to him being non-town by now
It's an early d1 offhand comment. You can't read anything into it.
Is that so?

this implies you think Vecna is town, and an authority over public opinion.
Do you fear Vecna will sway the game his way?
I.....feel so pocketed already.

I should probably be terrified, but it feels like a warm blanket.

Scum tick. If you think player X is scum defending scum player Z, you should vote Z first, because X could be town defending scum incorrectly. Logically you should want to vote Macca, not bona.
That's actually a very interesting point. I hadn't considered that. I didn't find Macca's posts very interesting and had kind of "forgotten" them; it was bona that was "before my mind." In retrospect, Macca's posts were a little fluffy, as Macca dwelled on the flavour. Which is what I accused celaph of and linked to scumliness. So, hm.

Yeah, a good point, and I accept my flawed logic. Chaqa is Lord of Deduction for today.

bona still seems a good vote to keep a wagon.

LET'S SEE SOME MORE VOTES FROM THE PEANUT GALLERY PLOX AND THOX.
You can't actually agree and then not change your behavior without giving a reason as to why I'm still a good wagon.
To keep a two-voter rather than switching to Macca and generating a new one-vote wagon. Having some non-vanity wagons will help drive interesting play that can be analyzed later.

How would you conclude your disagreement with brainbomb? Do you think he is scummy concocting reasons to vote Macca - and then flipping that on yourself? Or do you think he's just misguided/incorrect town?

If you don't think brainbomb is scummy, who do you currently scumread? Who do you confidently townread? Don't worry, I understand it is the beginning of the game and those reads can be hazy and mutable. I'm just curious where you are at, based on the arguments flying around right now. Is there someone you would vote for right now?

Regardless of whether or not Vecna is town, there's no basis for making a read off of it.
Youre normally completely fine with it if I take a random D1 post of you and townread you for it though ;)

That's better, but feels concocted, imo.

I think brain is mildly scummy for it the whole thing.

I scumread you too, and I'm eyeing Chaqa as well.

Brain, I tend to agree with your point, but also don't think Bona is scummy for this. Both sides of this argument seem reasonable to me.
Oh.

A chaqa post mediating a crapfest.

Ah, trying the "2 scummy 2 be scum" strategy.

As if a two-vote wagon on Day 1 means anything.

Yeah, I think I've found my first sus.

This is a scumtell from you bona. for a number of reasons.

but the most important reason is that you are fighting tooth and nail to keep a player as a null when you should be seeking to prove that player is town or scum by any means necessary.

this arbitrary use if logic and judgement mirrors how you played as scum in m64 where you would argue just for the sake of asinine page filling arguments.

##vote bona
This looks like some classic TvT to me. But it is also interesting that Bona wants to defend Macca so hard... I would expect town to flip it and say brain is scum fabricating a reason to vote, rather than defending.

Macca and Bona scum team?

##VOTE bonatogether
Scum tick. If you think player X is scum defending scum player Z, you should vote Z first, because X could be town defending scum incorrectly. Logically you should want to vote Macca, not bona.
Why is town wrongfully defending scum more common than scum white knighting though?
