We are getting (roughly) 68 human workers from our deal with Narmor. I think we can afford to send some of our Half Orc's to fight with us, strengthening our war band and getting our people some fighting experience. The pop we get from Narmor will even out any worker shortage we might have

##Proposal 3.5.0: Send out some Half Orc's to help the fight along with Narmor's war band. Do this AFTER this phase concludes so we do not have to lose any production this phase (AKA all of Xanthors stuff stays the same, this will happen next phase when we actually march to fight the giants).

Maybe you can ask a deity something about how to save the Prince, or if the way of saving the prince Is in the area, or if we'll have to travel far to find someone who can help, etc.

Ι was thinking of this, if there is a cure for the Prince and if I could help him.

Harvest bonus gave you 5 additional food
Your food level is actually 18.5

You have 11 farms total. Your land usage in 14,10 is running very low.
Future buildings must be built outside of 14, 10 due to lack of land plot.

Food is at 18.5, once you reach 20, excess food is discarded unless you havw a granary. (Holds up to 10 additional food)

Good morning, fellow Councillors. I have some initial thoughts on the actions that lie before us in this new season.

Firstly, regarding the celebration. While I do not pray to either of these gods, I am not one to hinder others from doing so. If the people wish to celebrate their good fortune in this way, I will not stop them (though I will pray for their pagan souls). As for which deity to thank, I would be in favour of a festival for Denis. We have a good deal of gold and luxuries, with almost more food than we can do anything with (until we build a granary). On top of that, our morale and health are high and increasing our population this close to Winter does not seem wise. Rather, we could all benefit from increased experience in our own fields, in order better to serve the Barony.

Regarding the research for this phase, there has been some suggestion that we gain a rudimentary knowledge of Magic - I would support this proposal. While I appreciate that Xanthor and Narmor, and perhaps even the King, would be apprehensive at such a proposal, it strikes me that given the number of magical objects and beings with which we have come into contact we would be foolish not to try and gain an understanding of it. For those who are against magic, consider it a question of "knowing thy enemy" and appreciating that you cannot adequately combat something if you do not first understand it. And of course, having the Barony know how to use some form of Magic would not require all Barons to do so - only those who so desire.

As for this letter from Alithir, I am uncertain of how best to respond. I sensed some tension between him and the King, when first we met him in Wortuine. This suggests that if we were to aid him by providing this information, we might find ourselves harming our relationship with the King. At a time when we are striving to find a way to restore the King's son to life, I would not advise doing this. As such, I think perhaps that we should not respond to the letter - or at least not by offering any detailed information to Alithir. However, I am open to the suggestions of my fellow Councillors.
