What case is there to make against getting two pieces of information, one up front and one on the rear of a flip (Hell, two actually). SHit folks, there is a 5% to 15% chance a random scan target dies to a random kill just on the possible factional deaths, even before gun owner and vig.
I made the case pretty cleanly: we're likely to get the rear info at some point anyway, so investigatives should focus on the upfront info that will remain relevant.
