Is the word something I can do?
I do not believe so. I've never heard it used that way, but I wouldn't put anything past you kids.

Is it edible? Can I physically get inside it? Can I pick it up?

Giving grammatical hints is nasty. You should give us more fun ones, such as "It is small enough to shove in you" or "It is flammable at room temperature and pressure, without added substances".
It is small enough to shove in you, but would probably be painful. Would not be surprised if someone in the world has been threatened with this at some point.

I have not experimented with the flammability of such an object. Depending on its make, I would be surprised if none of it could be set aflame with thermite.

I would not recommend eating it. Depending on its make it *probably* would not kill you. But few would consider it food.

I do not believe you'd be able to get the entirety of your body inside of it, unless you are much smaller than I imagine. I would expect you could get some of your body inside of it.

You could probably pick it up unless you are much weaker than I imagine.

clarification on shoving in you: I do not believe its entirety could be inserted into your body without extreme pain and damage done. Surgery would surely be needed to remove it.

Is it of biological origin? Could it be of biological origin? Does it run on electricity?

I believe it is traditionally of biological origin, but it need not be.

I suppose one could attempt to electrify it. I would actually be interested in an electrictrified version. It could be nice.

But mostly I chose this word because it feels interesting to say and hear. Much like Plinth.

Say "plinth" a few times until it loses its meaning. But you focus and feel the sensation of it.

That is fun to say. But not the word I’m thinking of.

Mnemonic?
How would you set one of those on fire, or painfully insert it into EMC?

a) I was not caught up yet...
b) depending on what the mnemonic WAS... you might be able to light it on fire, or insert it into einstein.
