I liked the late Seth vote. He seemed unconcerned with his own appearance.

That's plausible, but I think it'd come with more justification and complaining if he were voting to get cred.

I think making votes close late is good play.

There's a risk that more explanation would neither be possible in that amount of time, or that it might convince people to flip onto flash which he'd presumably not want if he were scum.

The fact he's spent today justifying it as saying that Vecna suddenly became clear town because of the way he was acting just isn't stacking up for me - I just don't see how Vecna changed the way he acted in the last 10-15 minutes at all.

@HR I explain my Maniac read in my post against damo. I have explained my flash read pretty clearly, although I admit I now have doubts because of how many of my townreads are pushing him.

My scumread on seth was always gut-feeling based on eod1, and after actually looking at eod more closely, damo was the one who jumped out to me so he's who I focused on. Once damo flipped town, bozo made a post about seth's posts that I agreed with, which is why I switched there before settling on Vecna.

Tom's overall play with the gun was just a lot of fun and chaos and I enjoyed it, hence why I called it great.

You make a lot of statements, but I'm curious as to what specifically you think is scum-motivated in my play. Because from my pov, this vote is either based on pretty much air, or it's to get me to actually participate a bit more, in which case good job.

Also, not only did Moscow never respond to my reply to this, but apparently I certainly did not do a good job of voting him to get him to participate more...

The biggest thing stopping me from voting Seth right now is that I also scumread the only other person already doing it, and I really struggle to see Bozo & Seth as a team. So I'm probably wrong on one of them unless one is a 3P (or unrecruited traitor, I guess).

If it came down to a 3 way choice between Flum, Flash, and Maniac, I'd probably be most inclined to go Maniac - I'm just not especially enamoured with any of those wagons.

Well worcej's vote certainly looks opportunistic, and similar to his Vecna vote D4. I also just noticed he'd been scumreading bozo and then bozo made a 1-paragraph case against Vecna, and suddenly worcej goes out of his way to call bozo town and agree that Vecna was scummy, while saying "this amount of analysis is too good to ignore." It was really not a lot of analysis by bozo's standards.

This is a very different response compared to the one you had when flash self-voted in M59.

flash was my first choice for the DK D1 of M59, even before he self voted. His D1 lurking that game was similar to M47, but I have never seem him this disinterested for a whole game as scum. He could have limited time for the game and is trying a new scum strategy out of necessity.

I do wonder if his self vote was a scum ploy since he established his willingness to self vote as town in M59.

I agree with this, my townread on him has disappeared entirely. Not sure we should kill him if he's going to get replaced/modkilled though?
