But I think that on balance the claim escalates risk significantly, and there are scenarios that could occur that would, in light of the claim, put a lot of scrutiny on damo as a result. town!damo is more likely than scum!damo to hazard that risk, in my opinion - especially on D1.

(In terms of risk, I just means it gives more vectors to detect inconsistencies over the course of the game. In theory I'd expect scum to try to reduce making committed statements that can be used against them later.)
