The sooner we can stop discussing mechanics and the sooner we can start hunting for the other scum out there, the better. My CC issue will be solved mechanically. The other CC issue will probably be resolved similarly, or we can just lynch both and be done with it. What our focus and effort should be applied to now is finding the agent and the reavers.

There's a decent chance any other of the scum candidates is Reaver as well. Or that they were Reavered. His BH claim is very believable in my opinion. He is not especially more likely to be Reaver than any of the other candidates.

Bozo seems very likely to be scum to me.
