I have no way to get my contracts completed other than getting lucky and then combo'd with the mass-claim, my role is pathetically underpowered. I should have a vig shot or something to ensure I can collect said bounties.

So tell us then, who are your bounties? And you win if they're killed? No matter how they're killed?

For the sake of not copying and pasting my role PM explicitly, here is an edited one with the details you care about:

You are JUBAL EARLY, the BOUNTY HUNTER

During the day you must vote for a suspect.

Person1 (Bozo), Person2 (Vecna, now Fox) and Person3 (ND) are the players with bounties on them in this sector. If all targets are killed by lynch or night kill and you are not dead, you win the game. Each End of Night, news reaches the Town publicly that a payment has been made into the Bounty Hunter’s accounts for the death of any of your targets eliminated.

You win when your targets are eliminated, you are alive and no other faction has already won.

To be taken with a rather liberal dose of NaCl

A person being roleblocked while attempting to use a power will be notified that the use of their action has failed.

A person being roleblocked without attempting to use a power will not.

It will count as an active use of your power when the final votes go through.

At that point you will be notified that your additional votes have failed. This could also mean you have been commuted, but you will receive a separate notification for this when the commute action takes place so the two should be distinct.
