@ghug: I did not question that you looked at your nametag. If anything, I find it hard to believe you had not already checked before you said you did.

Shifting DD with the oracle only makes sense if we are sure Foxcastle is town, and that is far from certain. I think everyone who is not certain Foxcastle is town should be voting for him today, since we have nothing to lose.

No one should be certain he's town unless they're mafia..?

Lynching you doesn't cost us a mislynch.

@Durga: I agree, so I think all town should be voting for Foxcastle.

Except for the part where it does, because when you kill a townie, that's still a mislynch...

Ghug and Bozo seem pretty excited to lynch me not because I'm scum, but because of some weird process theory where it's somehow not a mislynch to string up a townie.

@ghug: Considering the possibility that Foxcastle is the roleblocker, I would not advise the oracle to take away his DD tag, but I think you are right, it would be a reasonable play for the oracle to give someone else the DD tag if he thought there was a better target. However, that would put us at a risk of a mislynch this year, which we can eliminate by lynching Foxcastle.

The oracle taking the DD tag is dumb. That gives scum information on who the oracle is, so that they can avoid killing them and possibly being outed. Additionally, it takes two days to transfer the DD tag and a third day to see where it landed. Perhaps we have better things to do with that time, like scum hunting.

@Foxcastle: Lynching a town without a vote is not a mislynch. It is like you do not exist, so it is like a no lynch, which in this case does not hurt us. However, that is only part of the reason you are the best lynch, the other part is the chance that you are scum.

Having another unanimous lynch is bad, which is one of my main holdups. I'd prefer xorx vs. Fox.

Lynching Fox doesn't cost us a lynch because we're headed to Mylo right now. We get to mislynch one more townie without losing regardless of what he flips.

The no-vote mechanic only matters at LyLo, so yes, it needs to be cleared up before then, but with 11 players, we've got time.

Do you think I'm the best scum candidate, Bozo? If I didn't have the DD tag, would you still be voting for me?

Because it looks like you're trying to waste a lynch on a townie when there are better scum candidates, including the lurkers, out there.

@Foxcastle: I think you are one of the top scum possibilities because you being the role blocker is a good explanation why the mafia did not role block yavuzovic N1 when he hinted that he was the cop and was going to scan brainbomb.

I don't get Bozo's insistence on lynching Foxy because he's holding the DD tag. We definitely should just lynch whoever is most scummy.

It's possible that Foxy is that person, but he shouldn't be the lynch just because he's DD.

##GM NOTE

The mafia can vote as to who performs the nightkill. If no one votes for someone to perform it, the killer will default to the oldest current voter of the target.

Also, big thanks to Tom for taking up a ton of slack for the last few days, work's been crazy.
