Site Down Time

What happened?
When the site went down from too much traffic the other day some people left bot games they'd started which was never supposed to be possible because they start right away. Then someone else took over, and they didn't have the same country choice, so the games died a horrible death. When the site tries to process those games it can't, and everything goes down.

Is it fixed? For now, but I have to code in a fix to auto cancel bot games if someone does find another way to leave one.

Also noticed: Some of you are sending press to the bots to the point the bots notifications are crashing things too, gonna changes those to gunboat and disable post game messages on bot games.

Also noticed: some of you might need to get help from the lewd messages you're sending to bots...

Anyway: 24 hours has been added to all games, if your games phases were less than that, contact the mods to get the game cancelled or restarted.
