Of those three I'm feeling EP and to a lesser extent Kalel. Not so much Maniac. The strongest thing against him is that both people who voted against him last time are town. But that doesn't mean they're correct.

I'm not saying any of the three are town or scum. My logic is,
1. Almost everyone is scumreading at least one of the three
2. Gives direction for focused analysis

Kalel's shift wasn't much better. That said, I think any of us voting for bozo are likely thanos (I don't remember what I am...and I'm too lazy to check the PM)

I think most things except mechanics this early are meaningless...see all my posts. Somehow that shit convinced most people to go from scumlean to not mentioning me at all. HOW CAN YOU NOT MENTION SOMEONE THIS ANNOYING!? It's because only the mechanics matter this early.

Kalel confuses me, he's playing for himself not even the guise of town so its hard to work out. Occams razor says he's SK due to this but I really doubt it.

Maniac has some decent prods but lacks a cohesive case and push. Its like he published his case then let it lie (for a contrast, look at me vs bozo)

EP feels different to previous games, seems less driven and analytical. His 2nd half of D1 was actually reasonably good from memory but again the EOD I found a little whack

I would argue the exact opposite. Mechanics are fixed and so anyone reading them should come to the same conclusion on how best to play. Scum can push them for easy towncred and town can push them cause they wanna win. The most telling things early on is people who let on they have too much information or are just incredibly awkward and uncomfortable (most people prefer town over scum)

oof, oh well my suggestion is

We do a focused on read on the last 5 pages of D1. For every post we determine whether the motivation behind it is likely to progress the game or derail the game.

We then post the results here for each person.

It not only gives us a chance to understand each other but if we agree that someone looks pretty dodge then that would be rather useful I think

Actually, after starting this I'm thinking it isnt really useful until later on. Too much remains speculative at this stage to have any help

Looking back, I dislike Jamie's vote and voting logic.

He literally stated that ND was different. That's it. He specifically stated that ND was also NOT in his scum meta which should render the change NAI. Yet he starts a wagon on it.

If we look at his only reads post

I will assume everyone is voting for a scum read. Please fill in any missing information:

Bozo is listed ABOVE ND yet he never changes his vote or really mentions bozo further.

Why was Jamie scumreading bozo you ask? Good idea, because I cant tell. The only time he MENTIONS bozo is to ask him to drop the survey. This is lhf to the max


Conclusion: Jamie's votes and scum reads do not add up. His reasoning to scumread ND was also deplorably weak.
