Cutting support against self

I am aware that a unit cannot cut support against itself, but what happens if it displaces the supporting unit?

For example, a hypothetical scenario in the Balkans on a classic map:
Turkey has armies in Greece, Bulgaria, and Constantinople.
Austria has armies in Serbia and Rumania.
Austria supports Rumania to Bulgaria with Serbia.
Turkey supports Bulgaria to Serbia, and moves Constantinople to Bulgaria.
Bulgaria army displaces Serbia, but what happens to Bulgaria space?
Does the Rumania army still have the support for the move, or will Constantinople bounce it?

The dislodged unit can't support the move, so the armies would bounce in Bulgaria.
