The King Requests a wall of stone be built from 13,9 to 13,10 to the marsh edge to repel the winter threat of Giants ranging East. The king fears Giants may move into Rodoripol.

You have 4 phases to accomplish this.

Reward: +1 support of crown, +3000 gold, +200 Human Soldiers to man the wall.

Penalty: failure to build the wall may result in loss of crown support, or worse, allow a Giant invasion into Rodoripol.

(Kings proposed plan places Narmor on the far side of the wall as well)

To build stone walls we need 2 stone and 50 workers for each tile we build a wall in.

Since it's a new phase, I would like to propose the following to the group:

##Proposal 3.1.0 - Tyson's Farm
I would like to take 10 Half-Orcs and return to my starting ranch with the pigs we have and continue expanding our livestock. Those Orcs can work with me, learn what I know, and assist as the herd grows and we expand more livestock.

The nay side would be for me to stay in Skaramor and restart here. After the betrayal, I find it hard for me to consider starting my ranch up by myself...

Also, considering we have no stone, i'm planning on writing to Narmor asking if they would help us build a wall, and in exchange we can expand the wall to cover their border. obviously we would probably have to trade some of our resources as well. All good with @everyone ?

I am not a huge fan of spending this phase building this wall, but I suppose now is better than in the dead of winter. I am also not excited about the prospect of our builders being attacked by polar bears. Sending people out to build these walls right now is almost certainly going to get people killed. As such, I have some proposals to make.

Proposal 3.2.0 - Build a Cottage:

This requires 20 workers, as well as 1 food and 1 wood, but it would be helpful for us moving forward as it would help our population recover when we inevitably have to send good workers into dangerous situations that sadly some may not return from.

A Deal with Narmor:

Given what has transpired in the Discord, I am breaking this deal up into pieces, which we can accept or reject accordingly.

Proposal 3.3.0 - trade agricultural research for military research

Proposal 3.3.1 - give 25 orcs for protection for Narmor's workers in 13,9 while they build a road connecting our colonies

Proposal 3.3.2 - allow Narmor to send wives for our orcs, +100 population to our settlement

Proposal 3.3.3 - agree to a mutual, two-way pledge to provide military aid in the event of an attack on Narmor's settlement and agree to accept his pledge to provide military aid in the event of an attack on our settlement.

Proposal 3.3.4 - send one pig to Lord Narmor in exchange for one crab.

To anyone not reading discord: The prince has been captured by that merchant who came into town today. He has an ability to turn people into stone. Thats why we used the faith to heal the party.

##Vote yes on Proposal 3.3.0, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.3, 3.3.4

##Vote no on proposal 3.2.0: We still have space for twice out numbers in these ruins (500 total pop fits). I don't think we can afford to use the resources to build a cottage right now.

I don't really know what to say about Tysons proposal. I guess we can send him a few Orc's? I'll wait to hear what the rest of you have to say

Draft phase 3 worker allocation:

99 Halflings, 96 Half Orcs, 10 Hill Dwarven prisoners

Halflings:

30/90 Fishing Boats 30 Halflings use 2 wood to build fishing boats
70/90 Market 40 Halflings use 2 wood and 300 of Xanthor's personal gold to build a market
90/90 20 Halflings to assist in building stage 1 of wall section 1 in 13,9

Half Orcs:
25/95 25 Half Orcs for protection for the road builders in 13,9
45/95 20 Half Orcs for stage 1 of wall section 1 in 13,9, stone supplied by Narmor
85/95 40 Half Orcs hunt in 15,10
95/95 10 Half Orcs to protect Tyson's farm

Hill Dwarves:
10/10 Build stage 1 of wall section 1 in 13,9 under supervision
(Leftover workers 1 Half Orc and 9 Halflings guard the prisoners while they work on the wall)

I'm open to ideas on updating/changing this, let me know here or on discord.



Also, just and idea, we should come up with a lottery or something to distribute wives to the half orcs since there are only like 20 something

I agree with the worker allocation and support it - I think it accomplishes a majority of what we need considering we are in a surplus of food right now and can afford to have a delay in replanting crops.

I would say, instead of a lottery, how about a tournament? It would take a little organizing, but it could boost morale to have competitions of strength to award the wives.

If its all the same for the workers, we should have the 9 halflings work on the walls, and have 10 orc's protecting the workers.

I can't see any reason not to send some Orcs to help Tyson out, particularly given that he's selflessly giving one of his only 2 pigs to help us with Narmor.
