We can also conclude that this person couldn't have been born later than 1954, since otherwise they couldn't have died at the age of 70 or older.

clarification: is the 'state that voted for trump' defined by modern statehood, or by the statehood when they were born? For example, if the entity was born in what is currently florida before March 3, 1845 (when it was still the florida territory).

Businessman that had $1 billion 2024 USD in Net Worth or more at some point in their life, or a professional or olympic athlete?
Pass. I'm not going to look up their net worth, not to mention converting it to 2024 USD.
clarification: is the 'state that voted for trump' defined by modern statehood, or by the statehood when they were born?
Pass also. The question was not about states voting for Trump; it was about states voting for Biden. The answer was no, leaving several options: the person was born in a state that voted for Trump, or in a place that was not part of a state when they were born, or in a place that is still not a state. We have not yet determined that they were born in a state.

I've updated the summary below to clarify this:

1,2,5. Real dead male human.
3,7. Born in the US; either in a state that voted for Trump, or in part of the US that was not a state when the person was born, or in a part of the US that is still not a state.
6. Born 1799-2024.
8. Died age 70 or older (1869-2024).
9. Famous for one or more of sports, writing, business, visual art.
4. Not most famous for politics, military, film, TV.

The summary should also specify voting for Trump in 2020. Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia are out due to the Biden question.

Was this person either famous for playing baseball, famous for inventing, popularizing, or developing a sport, or famous for involvement in the food or clothing industry?

Correct. I did not mean to mislead. Not counted as a question.
Primarily famous for sports?
Yes.
The summary should also specify voting for Trump in 2020.
Its up to you whether you want to deduce that. The first question was, "Born in what is currently a US state that voted for Biden in 2020?" I answered no. The second question was, "born in a state that voted for trump?" without qualifying a year. Not counted as a question.
Was this person either famous for playing baseball, famous for inventing, popularizing, or developing a sport, or famous for involvement in the food or clothing industry?
Yes. And due to the previous answer re "sports", I'll grant you he is not famous for food or clothing.
E in their first full name?
Yes.

1,2,5. Real dead male human.
3,7,10. Born in the US; in a state that voted for Trump.
6,12. Born 1845-1901.
8. Died age 70 or older (1915-2024).
9,11,13,14. Primarily famous for sports; either baseball, or inventing, popularizing or developing a sport.
4. Not most famous for politics, military, film, TV.
15. "E" in full first name.

No questions for the QM in this post, but the QM might be interested to learn (as I just did) that James Naismith, the inventor of basketball, was born in Canada!

You misunderstand me. Based purely on your summary, the target person could have been born in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, or Georgia (which voted for Trump in 2016, and Biden in 2020). However, they can't actually have been born in any of those states, because of my "Biden in 2020" question. Therefore, your summary excludes some information that we have already deduced.

Aah, but as a Canadian, I of course knew that! Basketball, hockey, lacrosse, kayaking, canoeing ... how many sports did YOUR country invent!
