No.Was this person Roman or Greek?
Are we SURE about all these answers? Anyone from those territories born before the fall of Rome would have been a Roman citizen or resident of a Roman province. If all those answers are correct, we are either looking for a pre-Roman, or someone from the very earliest days of the Dark Ages.

Yes, I'm very confident in all of these answers (the Spain/Portugal/Italy one is a little iffy, but he would have been born very close to the border of one of those places in any case).
