I agree that this looks like Ham trying to get damo to give him an excuse to move to Jamiet.

I'll have to consider that for when I'm actually scum. I'd probably just move my vote to Jam and say some reason or agree with whoever is on it already. It's D1, you don't really need to justify yourself all that much.

Why did you pick ND over Jamie?

I didn't like their style. It rubbed me the wrong way, sort of like what Bona does to me. In the absence of anything even remotely more substantiative it was one of ND or sweetandcool. ND got picked.

This answer was not really consistent with him saying there was "no basis to any of these votes", or with what he said to damo.

Also, my questioning HB about this N1 could explain why he would choose me to NK.

I am calm. Sorry for getting a bit salty, I was very annoyed to log in and find out that you had all hammered a townie while I was offline, and Bozo's condescending tone pushed me over the edge.

I had said there really wasn't anyone sticking out to me; I voted them because of the reason I stated. I said right in there.. in the absence of anything substantative

It is possible that was the reason you decided to vote for ND over Jamie, but if it was, you did not say it at the time, and therefore the 2 statements are not consistent, regardless if you reason was consistent.

Also, I asked you why you picked ND over Jamie, because you were already voting for sweetandcool, so if you were voting to break to tie, your choices were ND or Jamie, assuming you did not want to vote for yourself. Why did you say it was ND or sweetandcool and not mention Jamie?

Quick post shower thoughts. I think scum is in this group [bozo, ham, slippyandcool] and outside chance of a Jam. Neutral on burp. If you are not noted then neutral or town lean. Going to think about it more omw to work and comment later with more thoughts.

This is interesting because we now know ND was including his teammate in his scum reads.

At the time of that post, the vote was:

ND 1
sweetandcool 1

ND's next post was 3.5 hours later, during which time I voted for HB:

I like Ham as a wagon, but I am suspicious of a few people on the wagon.

What I suspect is that ND came back and saw that HB had 3 votes and was concerned that if he waited too long to vote for HB after scum reading him and HB ended up being the DK, ND would look like a good candidate for his teammate. That would explain why he voted for HB despite him having to vote with 2 of his other scum reads.

Also, based on the Neon principle, ND would not want to vote with sweetandcool if they were teammates, although in this case ND and sweetandcool were the only other wagons.

The other possibility is that ND was just trying to put more votes between HB and himself.
