No, though probably (I'm guessing) referenced in other novels
Correction: he does appear in at least one more novel set in the same universe, though this other novel is extremely obscure (especially by comparison with the novel that he originated in). He seems to just be referenced in this other novel, so my answer here wasn't technically incorrect and you're not getting another question.
